A. dear parent, for healthy weight gain of your 1 year 2 months old daughter, Give nuts like almond, dry fruits. All seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, milk and milk products, chicken. At least 500 ml of milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Avoid fruit juice and instead give the whole fruit.

A. You can give more of protein to the child as of now both vegetarian or non-vegetarian is going to be very fruitful for the child Desi ghee butter is like a proper healthy fat that you should be offering to the child for healthy weight gain
