#asktheexpert can u pls prescribe a diet chart for my kid. she is very very active but her weight is 9kg which is bery low for 3 yr kid

A. Dear ma’am, make sure to give 3 meals and 2 healthy snacks and limit the milk intake. Give fruit and nut milkshakes, multigrain porridge, sago vadai, ghee idli, aloo paratha with Channa masala, peanut chikki, nuts and dry fruits laddoo, boiled egg, banana etc
