#AskTheExpert Can i Workout After Normal Delivery nd What Diet Should I Follow.. Is Low Carb Diet Ok ??

A. hi dear mom...yes you can workout but not very heavy ones. gradually start with lite weight and then as your body gets adapted to it. you can do little more. but be careful as you have recently delivered. happy parenting
