ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes can use locally.. youe should have plenty of water or fluid intake, lods Of green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits, dry fruits n nuts, milk n milk products , good source of protein stuff Continue taking iron and folic acid tablets, n calcium tablets is important supplement in pregnancy.
