A. Please only take the medications as prescribed by a doctor because the ones which they write will have studies backing them up and we don’t know which brand you will be purchasing and if it will be suitable for the baby or not and instead you can focus on the diet which is rich in omega.

A. Adequate consumption of omega-3 fatty acids is vitally important during pregnancy as they are critical building blocks of fetal brain and retina. Omega-3 fatty acids may also play a role in determining the length of gestation and in preventing perinatal depression.
