Yes, you can take covid vaccine. consult your gynecologist once Make sure that the day before vaccination keep yourself hydrated, get adequate sleep and have a light meal just before going for the vaccination. If you have any history of prior allergic reaction to any medication then talk to your gynaecologist first.
