#asktheexpert Can I start doing squats and butterfly exercise from now on to broaden and strengthen my pelvic region. I am 26 weeks pregnant.

A. Well if your pelvis is contracted because of bones then it can’t stretch but usually doing these exercises is useful lonely but always ask your doctor before starting to rule out any high risk factorsWrite Your Answer Here
