Hi, firstly latch your baby directly which is one of the best method to improve your milk with this have a healthy diet and take adequate liquids like fresh fruit juice, water, buttermilk, coconut water and keep yourself hydrated which is very very important. And take adequate rest. You can take lactose granules please consult your gynaecologist before taking it.
