It is rich in calcium, iron, fiber, and protein, making it an excellent food for growing babies. ✅ Benefits of Ragi Java for Babies ✔️ High in calcium – Helps in bone and teeth development. ✔️ Rich in iron – Prevents anemia. ✔️ Easily digestible – Gentle on the stomach. ✔️ Good for weight gain – Nutritious and energy-boosting. 🍼 How to Prepare Ragi Java for an 8-Month-Old? Ingredients: 🔹 2 tbsp ragi flour (homemade or store-bought). 🔹 1 cup water/milk (for babies below 1 year, use water or formula; avoid cow’s milk). 🔹 1 tsp ghee (optional, for energy). 🔹 Jaggery or dates puree for natural sweetness (optional).
