🔹 If your baby is 6+ months old and has started solids.
🔹 Occasionally as a meal, but not as a daily replacement for fresh food.
🔸 Better Alternatives for Weight Gain & Nutrition Homemade Cerelac: Mix powdered ragi, oats, or rice with breastmilk/formula. Khichdi/Porridge: Moong dal + rice + ghee. Mashed Fruits: Banana, chikoo, apple. Dalia with Milk: Broken wheat with ghee and jaggery.
