A. it's better to avoid yoga and other exercises during pregnancy as during first Prime Minister you never know that is factors so it's better you should take rest till first 11 weeks of pregnancy and after that you can start with mild yoga

A. hello yes yoga during pregnancy is absolutely safe and nothing to worry and you can be doing simple yoga exercises and nothing to worry about and any concern you may talk with you expert and she will be able to guide you accordingly which is better
