ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. No need only exclusively breast feed your baby till six months as mothers milk is the complete food for the baby abd it builds immunity of the baby as well take care

shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children3 years agoA. No dear water should not be given to baby at this age u are already giving him breastmilk or formula milk which already contains water in it so too much of water is not required u can give it after completing six months
