ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. yes, it can also be taken with water.. but consuming with milk will be more beneficial. take dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts everyday.
