After that also if there is a need try to avoid as much as possible until 6 months as if it is done on a daily basis it might keep extra pressure on your abdomen and might lead to incisional hernia.Write Your Answer Here

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. A Caesarean section is a major abdominal surgery. If you've recently had a C-section, your body will need several weeks to heal. Your doctor may tell you not to use the stairs for a week or more following the procedure. Always follow your doctor's advice to speed your healing and prevent injuring yourself.
