Dear parents,
Kids need detailed and proper physical examination.
So that doctor can decide appropriate investigation and radiological test if needed .
You may make proper video then consult to near by hospital.
It is very early and difficult for me to comment at this moment

Yes It is absolutely safe you can go ahead with it but it is not Mostly it is not given alone it there has to be a combination medicine with that if you want you can ask your doctor and go ahead with the combination medicine when you never realise the child it is basically used for nebulisation only
