A. Take a healthy and balanced diet including carbs, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals rich food in everyday meal. Try to avoid outside food or spicy and junk food. You can include fenugreek seeds, water content rich veggies like bottle gourd, ridge gourd, pum0kin etc. ,
