A. If your son frequently experiences leg pain, it could be due to growth spurts, excessive physical activity, lack of essential nutrients like calcium and vitamin D, or dehydration. Growing pains are common in children, especially at night, and usually affect both legs. Ensure he gets a balanced diet with dairy, leafy greens, and fruits, stays hydrated, and engages in light stretching exercises. Warm massages and a warm compress can also help relieve pain. If the pain is severe, persistent, or accompanied by swelling, redness, or difficulty walking, consult a doctor to rule out any medical conditions like deficiencies or orthopedic issues.
