parenting is an art .
to raise healthy child with good and healthy habits
please do the following things:
first don't just preach , practice it too.
set good example infront of your child and be role model for your child.
give Healthy food options to your child.
keep your child well hydrated
practice yoga or mediation daily.
spend quality time with your child,listen your child well.
give small tasks to perform ,it increase your child confidence.
set some consistent rules.
but please stay calm consistent and positive.
provide different exposures.
