A. Hello good evening !! Reduce carbohydrates,fat foods in regular diet instead include more fibre foods. Fruits and vegetables, Cereals,water, fluids helps in balancing weight. Whereas foods like oily,junk, processed foods,too much of salt, sugar processed ,high carbohydrates, calorie foods increase weight. Detox water or warm water with empty stomach reducing carbohydrates, sugar daily will reduce weight. Yoga asanas, walking also helps...
