A. Helo mam, Daal, sprouts, beans like rajma/chola/chana/moong, paneer, soya, milk, curd, oats, quinoa, peanuts, dry fruits like almond are all rich source of protein U can give khichdi which increase protein quality, potato paneer tikki or soya tikki can be given..

A. hello good ve your child fruits and vegetables well and als include ragi whch are all good on proteins also and you can be giving dry fruits powder which all will help baby get the required nutrition which helps in the growth of your child
