#AskTheExpert Being diabetic without taking medicine am feeding my child...will it affect the child

A. no but it will effect you kindly consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

A. hi as you are not taking medicine for this , it can not affect your breastmilk supply. but if you are taking medicine for this ,then you need to inform your treating doctor that you are nursing mother because some medicine and it's content can affect your breastmilk supply. so , please don't try self medication.
