#AskTheExpert before sleeping bath with cold water ok for my 9 month child?? He feels very hot in night

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. it's fine but use normal room temp water not cold water, Keep your baby cool and comfortable in loose fitting, light color cotton clothing that lets her skin breathe.

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. On very hot days, babies aged over 6 months can be offered small amount of cooled boiled water in-between their milk feeds. Bath your baby as often as you feel you need to. Ideally, the temperature of the bath water needs to be lukewarm, rather than cold.
