Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. ned to see. Pediatrician should be consulted for this as for proper treatment and management this required a proper examination of baby by the doctor. And also no any self medication should be given to baby .

are you sure that it happen because of mosquito bites?
because in photo it seems like your child is having fungal Infection.
although ,I advise to apply coconut oil or baby soothing Calamine lotion on this part.
keep that area clean using gentle wipes like Babyhug wipes
