In general even if you have a cesarean delivery or a vaginal delivery you can still experience back ache because it happens to hormonal changes and it will go away on its own in a few months but meanwhile you have to use pillows while sleeping in sitting and if you want you can do some stretching exercisesWrite Your Answer Here

this pain is killing me.
actully I only took Calcium tabs for 15_20 days after delivery.
