babies can get their first milk teeth anytime from 6 months upto the age of 15-18 months.
you can gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth 3-4 times a day to facilitate eruption.

no worries
just give massage with clean finger on sore gums of your child.
provide silicone teether.
breastfeed your child as per his or her needs.
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene
