A. Offer small portions of food. Let your kid finish everything on the plate first. If you give small amounts, he or she might ask for more. Give your kid a bowl and a spoon. Let him or her create a mess and let the kid play with the food. He or she might take an interest in food by touching, playing and finally tasting the food. Offer finger foods. Offer different textures of food. Offer foods in colourful cutlery. Offer colourful foods and cut foods into different shapes using food cutters to attract kid's attention. Give the kid healthy but limited options - do you want a cheese sandwich or a paneer sandwich? The kid will think that he or she has made the decision as to what he or she will eat.
