Always prefer to feed in position in which both of you feel comfortable.
but yes , avoid lying down position because as young babies don't have fully developed digestive system,it can cause ear Infection in them.
make sure your child latches properly.
I mean the whole aoreola part of your breast should be covered when your child is latching.
keep your child head slightly elevated while feeding,it will help to prevent spiting and Colic problem.
