You have to first of all stop giving puréed or mashed foods .. the toddler should get used to regular foods made at home for the family and teach him to chew it’s about time otherwise later he will have lot of issues with speech etc give him finger foods and juicy foods and crackers like

Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between to ur baby. Milk two times a day.
Give all that you cook for your family. Include egg, ghee, dry fruits, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, Banana shake, potatoes, rice, avocado, ragi, sweet potato etc in ur baby's diet for weight gain
