you just need to serve food at small gaps
,but just serve it , don't force your child to eat or taste it.
let your child take own time to decide whether to eat or taste or not.
serve food in colorful kiddie plate or special dinner set.
for example Babyhug dinner set
which will help to make your child feel special and encourage to take food from it .
