ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. age of the baby is 3 month Most of such rashes will subside on its own no need to worry about it maintain hygeine in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output use any mild baby moisturizer available in the market

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom Apply coconut oil or himalaya calamine lotion on the face. This will help to get relief from rashes. u can buy babyhug cold pressed coconut oil which is pure and additive free to apply on rashes
