A. dok. small babies will be having lot of gas because of various reasons it is advisable to do burping of the baby immediately after feeding please give colimex DF drops to the baby they are safe

A. hi please check health issues like indigestion, Colic, ear Infection or any Viral Infection symptoms. please make sure your child get enough milk and feel comfortable burp your baby well after each feeding give soothing massage using Himalaya massage oil
