Q.

hi .. my son got 15 month routine vaccination on 2 days before .. now he have fever ..and from morning onwards he is not sleeping and important think is he crying badly while sleeping (evey 5 min suddenly) not all sleeping .. pls suggest .. fever is normal after vaccination but he is not sleeping and crying badly while sleeping .. pls suggest it is normal ?

A. Give her paracetamol 1 ml three times a day and apply ice cube at injection site for three days
