Q.

#asktheexpert baby is 5 month old but still hasn't rolled over from his back to stomach or vice versa. is his milestones delayed? is it ok to make a 5 yr old sit with holding his hands? I heard it might damage spine of baby?

A. sometimes rolling over can come after 4-5 months so no need to worry for that and it is not necessary that it should come early. many times the weight of the child is more and that also delays the rolling. if if the growth and weight of the child is within normal limits then no need to worry about it. just carry out regular massage and proper diet and the child will be fine in next few months you can make the child seat with proper support and the back should be well supported
