#AsktheExpert Baby is 2.5 years old and is lactose intolerant. What should be given so that she gains weight and also rich source of Calcium?

A. baby is lactose intolerance you can give almonds milk or soya milk.. to baby.. you can give weight gain foods as potato sweet potato ragi dalia eggs banana dry fruit as cashew almonds in paste or powdered form ghee butter cheese in moderate amount.. give natural appetizer as coconut water ajwain water jeera water.. give vitamin supplements as zincovit or syrup A to Z consulting your pediatric..
