#asktheexpert Baby is 1.6 years old, we have not given vitamin A drops, baby doesn't eat much vegetables. Will he get deficiency in vitamin A.what foods are rich in vitamin A. The baby was on formula from birth and now on cows milk.

A. dear parent no supplement should be given without consulting with the doctor daily diet of the child should have variety of food groups including vitamin a rich foods to prevent deficiency egg non veg milk and milk products yellow orange red colour vegetables and fruits green leafy vegetables
