Clarina you can apply that will help in reducing pimple you can apply Neem paste on your face to soak the excessive oil that will also help and if you’re having low BP have ORS water regularly check with the doctor for some medicine if it is available and try to do some basic workout have plenty of fluids that is also going to help your blood pressure levels will help in clearing your skin
