A. Hi Now you can give 3nto 5 meals a day from recipes like dal rice ghee, chapati sabji. khichadi ghee, anjeer milkshake, chicken soup, paneer paratha, curd rice, thepla. idli sambar, vegetable soup, boiled egg, fruit smoothie.
