#asktheexpert Baby age is 3months 7 days VitD, Vit A-Z is given since one month and continuing . Should we start Iron supplements ? Baby is totally on Breast feeding. Birth weight is 2.260 kg And now weight 4 kg 900 gm

it is good to once confirm this from your childs doctor, he or she will advice you about iron drops after examination.
do continue breast feeding.
