ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, you can give all family foods to your 14 months old baby the way you prepare at your home.
Give small, frequent meals to your baby. Young babies have small stomach and need to be fed frequently.
Avoid bottle feeding. It can reduce appetite.
Encourage meal time with family. Avoid using gadgets.
Don’t force feed as it creates negative relationship with food.
