#AskTheExpert babby boy premature 32 week birth. today he is 18th day. till his spo2 down 78 to 85 for 15 secon..conti...to 95.. antibiotics cont..11days.. caffeine drops cont..bid

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. . Any pediatrician should examine the baby as it may be some under lying problem with the baby . If fever is there then paracetamol can be given for immediate relief . No any medication without consulting doctor .
