ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. after 37 weeks of pregnancy For normal delivery You should remain active during your pregnancy and have regular daily walking once you reach 38 weeks you can start doing squats , but with someone's support. Also 1st have proper Consultation with your doctor.

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and as per my opinion and personal experience of two babies it start between the 32 weeks to 36 weeks and at this age you should be happy and stress free. Take care
