NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello it is a good and healthy habit to at least give the dinner by 7:00 p.m. or max s by 8:00 p.m. which would be good for the child so that the child will be able to have some time before the sleeping hours which would help in the digestion and based on the child sleeping time you can plan accordingly
