#AskTheExpert assalamu alaikum mam.. I am naushin from ahmedabad Gujarat. I want to ask you that which kind of food can eat in pregnancy for healthy baby.?

A. Hello mam , you can take healthy foods options the main foods That you need to avoid throughout the pregnancy are papaya and pineapple, also foods containing MSG or ajinomoto . Ready to eat foods as they contain quite a lot of preservatives. Limit your caffeine intake and outside foods . Have home cooked natural foods - have small meals throughout the day and avoid heavy meals as that can lead to acidity - Have dry fruits , seasonal fruits and and vegetables that are locally available, whole grains and cereals , dals , eggs and non veg in limited amounts . Keep Yourself hydrated .
