#AskTheExpert Assalamu alaikum doctor meri delivery January mein c section k dwara hui hai mein 35 years ki houn mujhe thyroid bhi hai aur ab mujhe apna belly fat kam karna hai plz suggest me how to reduce my belly fat.

You have to take a thyroid medication on a daily basis and get it under control and then start working out along with portion control. It will take longer than usual but you have to be consistent
