A. you can try Mtoto baby diaper rash cream.. it is very effective

at first, please stop using diapers for now.
prefer loose fitting Cotton clothes for your child.
apply thin layer of coconut oil or rashtin cream on rashes.
keep that area clean and dry.
whenever you use diapers, make sure it should be well fit,I mean it should not be too tight .
always apply coconut oil on your child body before you use diapers.
maintain good hygiene
