Q.

#AskTheExpert As my daughter is now 6 months + so she started eating some small meals but I'm not able to breast feed her because my my milk supply is decreased. How can I improve my milk supply....??

A. Try eating sago boiled in milk with dryfruits, you may try adding mint and pepper in your recipes. Sago personally helped me.

A. hi continue with breastfeeding, don't give up easily. because the more your child latches, the more milk is produced. but make sure your child latches properly because sometimes poor latching can cause low milk supply. You can take supplements like leptadin tablet or galact powder for this.
