#asktheexpert as my baby is growing I feel my breast milk is not enough to satisfy her hunger ..please advise how to increase the breast milk

A. You can take Shatavari powder three times in the day it’s a lactation supplements along with that you should go ahead with having more of blue with a liquid high protein rich diet and fibre do you think that certainly going to be very beneficial also I would recommend you to please have an open mind if you have to give formula feeding in any case because a lot of parents do not like to do it but in certain cases that’s only option
