#AskTheExpert arvi is 22 month old ... she has incisors canine .. but not premolar , molar .. her jaw is so hard but tooth haven't come yet .. we gave her proper meal .. but

A. there are no premolars in milk teeth do not worry all the 20 teeth of your child will come before the child turns 3 years of age hope you have started brushing your child's teeth

A. Babies' teeth begin to develop before they are born, but in most cases don't come through until they're between 6 and 12 months old. Most children have a full set of 20 milk or baby teeth by the time they're 3 years old. When they reach 5 or 6, these teeth will start to fall out, making way for adult teeth.
