A. permanent treatment is bone marrow transplant.. for more information n details, it's preferable to visit your doctor n get a proper guidance avoid it , for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.

A. the only treatment will be bone marrow transplant if the baby has any siblings.. follow the observing doctor and when the doctor suggest for surgery.. take care
