Make a timetable so that you can cover a different type of veggies, fruits, sprouts Pulseseach day so that the baby get all the nutrients equally. Expose your baby to sunlight and let the baby outside to play for about one hour in a day.take out for cycling and walking. Give adequate liquid like buttermilk, fresh fruit juice, milk shakes always try to give home-made food which are best for immunity.
